Great read Chris, thank you for sharing this. In a world of aggressive opinion and agenda with sometimes a complete lack of professional curtosy within challenge and exchanges, a fantastic tale of reflection, insight and BALANCE. Those new and old to the profession should hear more of these tales rather than be driven by a pursuit of ‘success’. We are in a people business, let’s listen to people, add science and context and collectively learn.
